Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your order, excluding weekends.

  • Shipping & Tracking: We work with a range of trusted couriers. A tracking reference will be sent once your order has shipped—if you haven’t received it, just let us know!

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your full address (including house name/number and postcode) when placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Options: Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 2 PM (Mon - Thurs) for next-day delivery. Orders placed Fri - Sun will arrive the following Tuesday. A signature may be required depending on the chosen shipping method.

  • Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-order item, it will arrive approximately 15-25 days from the order date
